 The annexe , showing the front door.___________________________________  The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There's also a high chair for little ones. A spiral staircase leads from here to the bedrooms. ___________________________________  Bedroom two The second bedroom has two single beds, a large built in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with toilet, shower and washbasin. A travel cot is available for our baby guests. ___________________________________  Outside, the patio and garden have fine views of the surrounding countyside. There is a table tennis table for the energetic and lots of other games, jigsaws, etc in the games cupboard in the lounge. Or, perhaps you might prefer just to relax and watch for the buzzards, red kites and other wildlife, or to wander lazily through the fields and unwind in peace and tranquility, with a picnic and a good book. |

The annexe has a downstairs lounge (the single storey room in the photo on the left), two upstairs bedrooms, and a kitchen. All rooms are centrally heated by radiators with individual thermostatic controls.
 Lounge The lounge has french windows leading to its own patio area, and an adjoining downstairs toilet. It is fully furnished with bed settee, LED freeview television, Blu-ray player, Xbox and Wii. As well as providing a comfortable living area it is ideal as a bedroom for guests who cannot manage stairs. ___________________________________  Bedroom one The large, main bedroom has south-east facing views across open fields.
